DELIVERIES 
The deliveries are insured for the whole world. The offer is in conformity with French law and it concerns the responsibility of foreign purchasers to be in conformity with the laws of importation in force in their respective states or their countries. 
All shipments outside France are made via Chronopost Service with possibility of internet tracking . The parcels are conveyed by the Post office "colissimo suivi" in Metropolitan France. The normal time of delivery in France is a maximum of 10 days and less than 12 days for the majority of other destinations in the world.
With any anomaly noted on the external appearance of the parcel (damaged or opened carton...) at the time of delivery, the parcel must be refused and returned to the shipper. 
A contractual sum including shipping charges, the expenses of packing and preparation is required for each shipment according to the destination (see the purchase order). Deliveries are insured throughout the world by Chronopost Service and Federal Express. Shipping charges paid at Cyberco do not include any Brokerage Fees, Customs Fees or Taxes that you may be charged.

AVAILABILITY 
The availability of all articles on the same order cannot be guaranteed. In the event of unavailability of an article, the Customer will be notified by e-mail very soon and the payment will not be charged (check or bank card). The Customer then has the choice to cancel all or part of his/her order, to choose other articles or to await the availability of the missing article. The " prepaid " unshipped items of an order are dispatched by Post Office mail without additional shipping charge when they are the subject of a later separate sending.

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION 
If you were not fully satisfied with your purchase (and in the most strict observance of the French regulation for the mail order trading and by electronic media), you have 7 days after the delivery of your order to return it to Charlott, partially or entirely, and to be refunded* or to make an exchange. In this case the expenses of return are the responsibility of the Customer and those of reshipping using Post Office dealt with on a purely commercial basis by Charlott-Direct.  
For obvious reasons of hygiene, panties, briefs, boxers and earrings can be returned only as new in their sealed original packaging. If you have a doubt about the size of panties and if our table of measurements and sizes did not answer it, compare the panties received with one of yours to compare their dimensions.

* : Refunds by checks in Francs, US Dollars or Euros exclusively; In the form of exchange for other cases.

ORDER TAKING WITH DOUBLE VALIDATION 
At the time of the order, the purchaser confirms the accuracy of the information provided. The order becomes effective when the Customer validates the capture of his bankcard account number and his/her expiration date or that we receive payment by check or transfer. 
We confirm with an automatically generated e-mail within minutes of recording the order. Another e-mail is posted the day of shipping. If an article were missing, the Customer is informed by e-mail with-in 48 hours of the order.

SECURE ON-LINE PAYMENT 
The payment by credit card is insured on the protected site of our bank, Le Credit Mutuel, which authorizes the transaction after checking the information in a secure protected environment. For your safety, confidential information on the credit card are not communicated to us and are not thus likely to be used by us.
The account is charged only after checking the availability of the articles.
Moreover, Charlott-Direct insures, without charge, all transactions by bank card made on the site. Customers (anywhere in the world!) are covered by FIA-Net for any fraudulent use or embezzlement of your account, your banking and/or personal information of the bank card used for payment on this site. 
For payments by transfer or check, the shipment of your order will be made only after receipt of the funds.

TARIFF 
The prices indicated in our Catalogue do not includes shipment. No change charge should be apply for USD bank cards: US customers cards must be charged with the same amount shown when ordering.  USD prices should be valid for the duration of the collection, but Cyberco has the right to change prices at anytime. In all the cases, the price shown during ordering will be used for invoicing.

DEFECT 
All the products which come out of our workshops are rigorously controlled and inspected. If however a product has a defect, we will replace it. To cover the expenses of return, upon request, an pre-paid envelope with our address can be sent to you without charge, or a fixed allowance of $5.00 will be credited.

APPLICABLE DUTY
If necessary, only French laws will be considered. The nationality of the customer, the country of delivery, the currency used for the payment or the language employed for the purchase order or the description of the products do not constitute in any manner an exemption from the application of the French right to govern the relationship between the customer and the seller.

LITIGATIONS 
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or the execution of the orders will be examined with the greatest care and will be the subject of an immediate friendly proposal. In case of refusal of the proposal, the litigation will be definitively regulated by the courts of competent jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of Lyon, France.
